These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Verba (the “App”) operated by PE OLEKSANDR FIRSOV, registered in Saxony, Germany (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These permissions are used only for App functionality and only when actively enabled by you.
You can revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.

- We will update these Terms

We currently do not display advertisements.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt servers or networks
- Upload malicious code
- Circumvent security protections
- Violate intellectual property rights
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee:

- Error-free operation
- That defects will always be corrected

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is currently €0 if free).
Nothing excludes liability for:

- Gross negligence

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms

The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, shall be Saxony, Germany.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
